Dakota and Sam Emergency Fund

Dakota and Sam have recently fallen on some hard times. Their condo had somewhere from $15,000 to $20,000 worth of water damage and they have been couch surfing with friends for the last two months. They are having trouble getting the insurance company to cover the costs of the damage. On top of all this, their condo got broken into last week and they were robbed of most of their belongings, including Dakota's wedding dress.
