DaJuan Brown is a bright and curious 5th grade boy in my class who has recently been diagnosed with cancer.  He is diagnosed with D.I.P.G "Diffuse Intristic Poniatic Glioma a rare child brain cancer. He needs constant care and attention from his mother.  As a result, his mother had to take a leave of absence from her position.

DaJuan’s treatment involves radiation 6 times per week and daily chemotherapy. His prognosis is unknown. The side effects of the chemo and radiation have hospitalized DaJuan for the majority of days since his diagnosis one month ago.

Please help this family whose source of income is on hold while expenses keep piling up.  Please help us ease this family’s burden.
