Hello to all! I'd like to thank you for taking a moment to read this. My name is Danielle & I am organizing this fundraiser for my friend Tieraney on behalf of her youngest son DJ who is in extremely critical condition.

On Saturday, July 27th she and her family went to celebrate an Uncle's birthday before he goes into open heart surgery next week. This happened to be a pool party being it is Summer and great weather in the city they reside in. DJ absolutely adores water activities and loves swimming! There was nothing more he enjoyed.



Sometime between 3 & 4pm there was an accident that took place. Unbeknownst to anyone, DJ was in the pool about 5 minutes or so. When he was pulled out, he was completely lifeless and had went into cardiac arrest. It took an additional 7 minutes for the paramedics to arrive so he went longer than 10 minutes without oxygen. 

Unfortunately, there is an abundant amount of swelling on his brain. It's been about 72 hours as of 7/30/2019 @ 9am and DJ has been pronounced brain dead. This is devastating to say the least. We all know God has the final verdict in this situation. 

I am asking for everyone to come together prayerfully for this family. 

We will remain faithful.

Even with God having the final say, there is also the factor of a two- physician consent in case the doctors feel DJ's life saving measures may not be conducive for his future. This fundraiser is being set up for the family with sincerest regret they would have to bury their youngest child.
