Daisy Goes Tripawed

Hello friends,
If you don't know me, my name is Corinne. If you do know me, my name is still Corinne.
My dog niece, Daisy, came into our family when my dad was sick, just as did our dog, Brody. One day, my sisters & brother-in-law were both walking through the mall together when they came upon a pet adoption. Just walking through, they decided to check one of them out, and somehow she ended up in my nephew's stroller.

It was then they decided to bring Daisy home.
Over the years, Daisy has become a huge part of our family. She is the sweetest, friendliest dog, who wouldn't dream of hurting a fly. She would kiss you all day if she could. Daisy loves playing with her BFF Brody, snuggling by your feet, and stretching herself across the top of the couch like Superman.
I love this dog tremendously, and so does my family. Today, October 30th, 2015, Daisy was attacked by a neighbor's dog. Her leg was ripped to shreds, to the point where you could see her bone. Tomorrow our sweet Daisy girl is going to have her leg removed, and her life will be changed forever.
While the emotional weight of the situation is almost too hard to bear as it is, my sister and her family now have to deal with the financial burden placed upon them with not only Daisy's surgery and vet bills, but all of the bills they'll incur for future health issues this may cause, post-op visits, medication, rehabilitation, the cost of having the blood stains cleaned from my sister's car, and more. The surgery alone has been quoted at over $4,000.
I know asking to raise funds for things like this through a website can be a bit different, however this situation was something that has changed everything for Daisy and her family, and any bit of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read through this, and please keep Daisy in your prayers!!
