Hi, my name is Lili and I am raising money on behalf of the Daisy Network for premature ovarian failure. This is a cause very close to my heart, as I was diagnosed with this condition when I was 23. POF is the loss of normal ovarian function before the typical age of menopause. Its main feature is the early onset of perimenopause/menopause, which of course leads to infertility. The impacts go far beyond fertility: this life-changing diagnosis means an increased risk of osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and impaired cognitive function.
