Many of you know my baby Daisy, she’s my beloved 7 year old Golden Retriever.  Daisy has been my best friend since I first held her in my arms at 12 weeks old. She was recently diagnosed with a very treatable thyroid cancer, which was the best possible news. Then I found out how much it would cost—surgery to cure her is between $5300-$7000, which I can not afford. However, if I don’t do this for her, the cancer will spread to her lungs and eventually kill her. The surgeon reassured me that she will live a normal, long life if he removes this tumor, since it is small and very moveable.
