We are hosting a premiere night for our official film Daisies in the Field raising and supporting awareness for dementia at padiham town hall, Lancashire

A heartfelt short film created by 101 Productions HQ.

The story follows Dot, an elderly woman living with the early stages of dementia, who attends a small spiritual meeting within her community. As the gatherings unfold, those around her begin to notice she is struggling — not just with memory, but with something deeper.

Dot experiences emotional flashbacks of a daughter she has always longed for, blurring the line between past and present. Through these moments, the film gently explores the impact of dementia — not only on the individual, but on the people around them.

Set within a warm and supportive community, the film also weaves together the stories of others attending the meeting. As secrets are shared and personal struggles come to light, bonds are formed through honesty, compassion, and understanding.

At its heart, Daisies in the Field is a story about:

And the importance of supporting those affected by dementia

This film has been made locally in Lancashire with care, passion, and purpose — to raise awareness and bring people together and support the charity beacon dementia and wellbeing.

Supported by Live guest female singer and a delicious spread off Indian banquet for those who feel peckish and fancy a bite to eat while watching the premiere

The bar will be open throughout for refreshments and free parking available at the venue.
