Dairy City FC 2500k in memory of Freya Fitzpatrick O’Doherty
As a group, our UCD Superleague football team Dairy City FC, have decided to take on a running challenge in memory of our friend Freya Fitzpatrick O’Doherty who sadly lost her life to cancer a couple of months ago. We will do this as a way to honour her life, and to raise awareness and funds for a cause that mattered so much to her.
All donations will go to Oscar’s Kids Ireland, a charity which Freya was closely linked with, who do magnificent work with children who have cancer all over the country.
Over the month of April, we will be running 2500 kilometres together, pushing ourselves as she did, remembering her with every step.
If you would like to support us, we have set up this GoFundMe to make a difference in her name. Every donation no matter what size, means so much to us.
You can also track our running progress on the @dairycity_ Instagram account.
