Hello, my name is Lindsay and I am raising money for my parents. As most of you probably know, my dad, Scott, injured his foot several weeks ago. Unfortunately that injury led to a very severe infection to his left foot. We took him to the ER on Thursday 5/26 and he had to be transferred to Carle hospital in Champaign. He has had to have 3 surgeries so far and will have to have a 4th in the coming days. They have had to amputate above the knee as the infection was spreading. Therefore, my dad is going to be out of work for a little while until we can get him a prosthetic and strong enough to return to work. I am hoping to be able to raise some money to help my mom out with travel expenses and daily living expenses, as well as any medical expenses they may have.
