Hi, My name is Summit Tognetti and our dear friends Lori & Steve & their children Colton (5) Gianna (12) & Sophia (7), received very devastating news about their precious, Sunshine warrior Sophia Grace. Sophia was diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the beginning of March 2023. This is news no parent ever wants to get. She was born a warrior already being born with Down Syndrome. It's a new road they are traveling down with Sophia's treatment plans & recovery. The Delorenzo family are some of the most amazing people I have ever met and this news broke many hearts around our community. They are the first people to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Sophia is a fighter and a strong, beautiful little girl.
