Dai needs a new kidney

Please help my cousin. My cousin's name  is Dai he is currently in kidney failure and desperately needs a kidney transplant. He is only 33 years old with a 5 y/o daughter. He lives in Vietnam and has no insurance and unable to work due to his illness. Medical bills are adding up and our family doesn't have enough money to pay for the transplant and all the medical bills. He needs the transplant ASAP. Any and all donations, and prayers will help.
