Daggett Benefit

Update 11/14/2023, Eric is in the hospital with pneumonia. Jen is by his side, as their 2 children get much needed rest. Eric is choosing to receive another round of chemotherapy, which will keep him in the hospital under close watch. As Eric is growing very weak, and desires to eat next to nothing…he continues the great fight. May our arms gather to go around this family in their time of need. Our support is needed and does not go unnoticed!! Eric is fighting, please support his heroic efforts! 

Cancer sucks!

Eric, husband and father of two was diagnosed 7-28-22 with rectal cancer. Started chemo in August of 2022 for 3 months. Then endured Radiation and another round of chemo. Eric underwent surgery to remove the tumor in April of 2023.  During the surgery, they removed 21 lymph nodes. After surgery pathology came back that he had cancer in 14 of 21 lymph nodes. He started chemo again in May of 2023. July 8th 2023 he presented with excruciating pain. Scans were taken in August. They found a mass on his aortic bifurcation. Pet scan taken 8-29-23. Results found cancer has spread. Eric has a mass in his back and a spot in his stomach. He has now been referred to Froerdert in Milwaukee. Aggressive chemo will begin again starting 9-5-23.
