Dagger needs help

Dagger was hit by a car when he got away from his new owner. He was taken in by the shelter and is under vet care, I plan on being there as soon as they open to reclaim him. I took Dagger on as a raise and train and was hopeful that his new living situation would work out. Unfortunately, it has not, and Dagger is in a vet office with a shattered leg and I really need help getting the funds together to pay shelter fines and get him the surgery and vet care that he needs. Anything helps. Saving dogs takes a village, and I try hard to not ask, but I have to this time. Please. Thank you in advance.
