Edit. It is not a temporary thing. I may be out of work for a couple of months. It's looking like the infection is still spreading, and I may lose my toe after all.

Hi, I'm a husband and father of one. I have diabetes and heart disease. A week ago, I got a cat scratch on my foot that has gotten badly infected, causing me to be hospitalized. Right now, it's looking like the hospital fees will be no less than $5,000, which I don't have, and I'm missing work for this also. Hopefully, this will be a temporary burden, but I would appreciate any help alleviating it. Thank you.
