On Aug. 19, 2020 my dad went into the emergency room complaining of not being able to hold any food or liquids. He also complained of pain, weakness, insomnia and shortness of breath. On 8/20/20
he started to look better, was told he was able to eat solids.

8/22/20 he went into a very deep sleep and was placed in the ICU.

On 9/11/20 he was discharged, still not awake but not in as deep of sleep as he was. He was discharged with a feeding tube and because I cannot myself be there to take care of him at home, due to COVID, I have had to place him in a nursing facility.  According to the doctors, there's not much more they can do at this point. 

I honestly cannot tell you what happened or what his diagnosis is for certain, but what I was told was that he had multiple strokes on top of other chronic conditions. 

Today, 9/14/20, I was informed that daddy has passed away. 

My brother and I have exhausted all our resources and reached out to everyone we possibly could to take care of the financial obligation we have to our father being in the hospital and being placed in a nursing home, and now his passing, but we are not even close to the incurred and incurring expenses.

We are in dire financial need and am seeking your help.
