On Wednesday February 26, 2025 my father began having extreme shortness of breath to the point where he called 911. He was admitted to New River Valley Medical Center and diagnosed and treated for Influenza A. He struggled for several days to just get back to the point of being able to breath without supplemental oxygen. With prayers and attentive providers he was able to be discharged on Saturday March 1, 2025.

These days not only took a toll physically but also financially. If you know my family, you know we don’t ask for anything. This is the first time in over 40 years my father has been admitted to the hospital and we are humbly asking for any donations to help cover the cost of the hospitalization and ongoing required medications.
