Help Me Give My Dad A Proper Goodbye, Funeral Help

It’s with a heavy heart that I write this. My dad passed away this morning. I am putting my pride to the side in hopes of coming up with the funds to give my father a proper goodbye as well as to help cover the cost of travel to handle this unfortunate unexpected situation. 

Unfortunately I am now having to come up with the funds to bury my last living parent, my dad. I cannot currently afford, especially with the short notice, the proper goodbye my dad wanted to have. Cremation alone is nearly $4,000 not including funeral expenses or travel expenses. Every donation helps, every bit of help is very much appreciated.

Unfortunately with little to no family on my dad’s side and with me being the next of kin, the financial stress and burden that comes with the loss of a loved one falls on me. I have a very limited amount of time to come up with the funds to pay the funeral home so I am doing everything I can to make that happen.

Costs that need to be covered include the cremation, urn, and other funeral home costs as well as travel costs for myself to go out and make this happen for my dad.
