Hi, my name is Rowena and I am fundraising for my daddy Roger. My family had been struck with financial strain within the last year. First my sister who is diagnosed with breast cancer and still undergoing chemotherapy. Then my mother, who was in the hospital for more than a month (she suffered from metabolic encephalopathy, 2 months ago), and now my father who is fighting for his life in the hospital right now. He is 77 years old with Dementia. We just recently brought him to a Dementia Village so he can have better care because my mom is still recovering. He was found unresponsive on August 6, with low BP and oxygen level. They rushed him to Makati Medical Center (Philippines) to get better treatment. He is now intubated to help his body raise his oxygen level while figuring out what caused all these. Tons of diagnostic exams were done and a lot of medical treatments were implemented. I am the sole provider for them. I have changed my job to accomodate my family's need so they can live and recover well. I just about to be finished with my mom's medical bills this month when this happened to my dad. They don't have medical insurance like we do here in the US, so everything is out of pocket. I love them so much and i would do anything to help them, but my resources are not enough. I am asking for a little bit of help from anyone who is willing. Whatever amount you can give is greatly appreciated. I will forever be grateful with your kindness. God has given me a second chance to live (i am a breast cancer survivor) and I owe Him my life.
