Dad's Unfortunate Medical Events

PLEASE HELP, I'M A VETERAN STRUGGLING TO TAKE CARE OF MY DAD. It pains us to know it has to come to this but we're doing everything we can do to survive. Please help in any way possible. No Donation is too little or too big, and sharing this post to support us is greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you so much.
Backstory:
As many of Friends and Family know, when I returned from Deployment in August of 2014. My Post-Deployment leave consisted of moving my Dad up to my Base in North Carolina to take care of him due to him being disabled and not able to work anymore. My Military Career ended 05/09/2016 mainly because I couldn't be deployment ready while taking care of him. From then until this current day, my dad's health as made a major decline. Depending on how he feels on a daily basis, he has to rely on either a Walker, Wheelchair, or Motorized Scooter. Doctors have not been able to determine if my Dad has Multiple Sclerosis or an Auto-Immune Neuropathy Disease as well as many other health complications. Either way, Dad's pain has been severe and uncontrollable. My Dad was Advised to have a Muscle Stimulation Device implanted in his back/spine to assist with the pain and would be taken care of by Medicare. Dad's hospital visits, surgery, and continuous post care was denied by Medicare and we currently have over $15,000 in Medical Bills and Debt which will continually rise as he will need continuous Medical Visits, Procedures, and Prescriptions.
We truly are embarrassed and apologize from the bottom of our hearts that we have to resort to this. Unfortunately we have tried all routes with me working full time, using my GI Bill to go to school, as well as my Dad receiving Disability. We are at a point of potentially becoming homeless and My Dad does not deserve this. I just want to take care of my Dad and give him the most comfortable and painless life that he deserves.
