Please help my dad get an electric scooter/bike and some groceries.

Every daughter needs her father. It pains us when we cannot provide or care for our loved ones and we suffer. I am struggling financially at the moment and so is my dad. I am working on getting him approved for disability but it’s been 1.5 years and counting.

My dad is 53 and has congestive heart failure. Surgery is off the table because his heart is at 10% and in end of stage heart failure.

Dad has had a minor stroke, and was in the ICU about a few weeks after. He currently is unable to get groceries on his own. He cannot walk far distances or be very active at all. He needs to get to the grocery store, but he cannot walk there.

After he left the ICU, the doctors at the hospital said that they expect to see something go wrong within the next six months of him leaving. That was two months ago. In a way they’re giving him about six months left to live.

Has his congestive heart failure gets worse, he retains more fluid in his legs due to poor circulation and the heart not being able to pump it back up. His heart is weak and he is dying. He becomes more tired and struggles to do simple tasks.

He’s a fighter and does not want me to worry about him. He struggles to ask for help. He wants to do things on his own and keep pushing. He mentioned getting an E bike so we can go to the grocery store. He was getting food delivered to his apartment, but the service has stopped due to high cost of gas.

Will you please help me buy him these things that he needs to survive for the little time he has left? Thank you from the bottom of my heart ‍
