Dad Left Us with Bills and Empty Accounts

After 25 years of being together, my dad left my mom for the neighbor's wife and left us with all the bills (mortgage, utilities, medical, etc..). We can't make the money fast enough to pay.

My mom has disabilities and can't work because of them and I'm struggling to find a job. My dad never let her work the entire time they were together, so she has no experience. He put me in the same boat so he could claim me for income tax. Both of my cousins are working, but they're either trying to find another job or working for Uber to help as much as they can while I try to find a job and ways to help.

My dad blocked us all and won't communicate with anyone but we were able to find out he cleaned out the bank account twice and plans to rent an apartment with his new girlfriend. I've tried to tell him I'm having health issues and worried because breast cancer runs in our family and I could be showing signs.

We're really struggling and on the verge of losing our home because my dad hasn't been making payments for the mortgage. My mom has been trying to get food stamps or any kind of legal aid, but she keeps getting rejected.
