Dad is and always will be my living Superhero!

Hi My name is Jayden Scott. This benefit is for My Dad Jayson Scott. We have had a lot going on in a month with more things yet to come. My dad went in for what we thought was a routine check-up. He was getting some hernias scheduled for surgery that he was aware of. Within this check up they found out that he was type 2 diabetic. Within his blood work from the check up his glucose levels (triglycerides) were at 3,000 which was off the charts and needed immediate medications and management. We had about a week of taking in all that information and found out that they also had found a Heart Murmur. Within all of this, My dad has a severe calcified aortic valve that needs a new mechanical valve. Aswell his aorta is double in size and they will be replacing 1/4 of that at the same time. These are 2 very major surgeries that will be happening together on March 8th. Although we are in amazing hands at the Mayo clinic. We have found out that my dad will be out of work for 4 months. Anyone who knows my dad knows he is one of the kindest and most giving people there are. This surgery is going to impact our family hugely My Dad is the Sou Chef For Sombery Golf Course in Byron, Mn. My dad has been there every step of the way not only for me but for his whole family so me writing this for him is the least I can do. my dad is the sweetest caring loving person and anyone that truly knows him knows that im looking to use these funds to help my dad get back into good health conditions pls don't feel the obligation or need to donate sharing this to people you may know is a big help as well any donations will be used to paying for his operation and as we all know medical bills are not cheap Thank you in advance for supporting us to make this happen.
