Dace’s fight

If you know my little athlete, you may have been touched by how truly awesome he is. He is not only athletic… he is smart, kind, and so, so driven! Dace is an honor roll student, competitive climber, he loves his 3D printer, loves fishing, and is so excited about his future in welding.

Well, on November 7th, we received the mind-blowing news that made us feel like we were in the worst nightmare ever. His MRI results showed cancer . How? Why? There are no answers, only questions. Thankfully, the team at the hospital has been beyond amazing!! He has been through the craziest week of his life, and it is only the beginning of the fight. That’s what it is, a fight, and thankfully for us, Dace is a fighter!

As our journey begins, it was a very tough decision to be humbled and start a GoFundMe. But, I want all of my energy and thoughts to go into getting Dace back to health and not how much work I will be missing and the medical bills that will come. We thank you for your healing thoughts and prayers. Dace is one tough kiddo and I know he will beat this!
