Sean Jason Mathews

I'm Sean's Mother; Sean died on 10/05/2022 in Chico, CA. He was suffering from BIPOLAR; his friend was taking him to the hospital when they had to stop two miles from the hospital when Sean had an attack; Police and EMTs were on the scene; Sean was handcuffed for his safety and was transported to the hospital. Sean died before they made it to the hospital. It will cost me around three thousand dollars to have him buried here in Mississippi; The VA will only pay me 300 dollars. Any help will be helpful; Sean was a highly decorated NAVY VET that has been suffering for a long time. Sean, my Son, this will be your last Home Port.
