Hi my name is Charlie and I lost a dear friend Tyler Rae Abdul (15). To suicide back in November of 2024. He was a bundle of joy and such an amazing person I’m looking to run 60km with 25kg added to me throughout the month of November and shall be doing the 100 press up challenge each day throughout November for men’s mental health. I also encourage other people to do this challenge aswell. The funds will go To the Tyler Abdul foundation which has been setup by Tyler’s wonderful family to help support anyone who is struggling with their mental Health.
