My name is Matthew. I am here for two reasons:

1: In the past year, I have been in and out of the hospital having several different procedures and surgeries due to a combination of issues all connected to the second reason I am here.

2: I am End Stage Renal with the hopes of getting a kidney transplant hopefully soon. Because of these reasons, I have been unable to work and with transportation to appointments, medical, and other financial issues, it's been a challenge to pay bills on time or even get essentials for my family. I pray for help and have been blessed for the help I have received thus far but unfortunately, I am in need of a little more. Anything would be helpful and be extremely appreciated.
