Synopsis:
In the heart of Los Angeles in the late 1990's, underground Latino party crews offered escape from the harsh realities of street life and an alternative counterculture to gang affiliations. Da Lost Angels follows Fonzy, a once-revered party crew founder freshly released from prison. As he returns to reclaim his place, he must confront Demon—his former best friend turned unstable leader—whose reckless choices tore apart their brotherhood and nearly cost Fonzy everything. Attempting to maintain a sense of brotherhood and family is Eddy Angel, the glue to this trinity that is either going to break or be made. Set over the course of one explosive night, the film explores the bonds of chosen family, the consequences of betrayal, and the brutal cost of redemption.

Log line:
Set against the raw energy of 1990s SoCal’s underground party crew scene, three childhood blood brothers are torn apart by addiction, betrayal, and lost time—until one night, they reunite in the only way they know how: with fists, music, and the truth

This film is here to capture that essence—to remember the wild energy, the struggles, the beauty, and the impact that era had on a whole generation of youth in Southern California. This was more than just a scene—it was a lifestyle. And for many of us, it was everything.
