Angela Yuen's Hope For Healing
Donation protected
Hello everyone. My name is Christina Yuen. I am starting this GoFundMe to help raise funds for my sister, Angela Yuen's, medical costs/expenses.
My Sister Angela
At 5 foot 7 inches, my sister has been wasting away, going from 125 pounds to a mere 76. Her body has slowly and systematically been rejecting food to the point where she vomits on a daily basis. It is even difficult for her to keep liquids down. This has led to extreme malnourishment. All her muscles, including her heart have been cannibalizing themselves just to stay alive. Migraines are constant, only varying in severity, and she suffers from short term memory loss. She sleeps very little as the pain and discomfort she feels keeps her from falling into deep rest. Because of all this, my sister's strength is completely gone. She can't even stand or walk for very long before her legs give out or it becomes too difficult to breathe.

The most terrifying part is that my sister's illness remains undiagnosed. She has become so medically frail that doctors have had difficulty in completing tests to try and find an answer. This past weekend she was finally able to go for some autonomic tests, but to our dismay and frustration, the diagnosis is still inconclusive. She will need to undergo more testing. My family refuses to give up the fight to save her life. Unfortunately more testing means more bills. This 2 and 1/2 year journey has been a difficult one with costs that have reached incredible proportions. We are extremely grateful to anyone who can help us ease this growing financial burden.
