Help Kiko the Cat Walk Again!

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to ask for your help in saving very special cat named Kiko. Kiko is an affectionate and resilient Todos Santos outdoor cat who recently suffered a badly broken ankle. As you can imagine, this injury has made it nearly impossible for her to get around—let alone hunt for food, which she normally does to survive.

Despite her tough situation, Kiko remains sweet, cuddly, and trusting with humans. She’s not just any cat—she's a beloved neighborhood cat who brings smiles to everyone she meets.

Kiko urgently needs surgery and follow-up care to recover and get back on her feet. Without it, her mobility and quality of life will continue to decline. She has already lost weight, in addition to muscle mass in her affected leg. The total cost for the surgery and necessary aftercare is $1,000 USD, and we’re hoping to raise that as quickly as possible to get her the help she needs.

Note: Indoor photos are from when Kiko was recovering from sedation, and it was unsafe to leave her outside. She has always been an outdoor cat and does not have an indoor home. Kiko is not my cat, but I will be caring for her during her recovery. Kiko's "owner" does not live on the property where Kiko lives and is not able to financially or physically help in her recovery.
