Kidney Transplant

8 years ago, my brother was diagnosed with Kidney failure. He has a wife and child and from the point he realized he was ill he was fighting to provide for his family. However, over time his health began to deteriorate, and this was no longer possible. In the past 8 years, his condition has caused him to lose the ability to walk due to a calcium deficiency causing damage to his bones. He needs 24-hour care as a result of this.

In this time my family and I have been supporting him financially and looking for organ donors to help him get better. This is not easy anywhere in the world but in Mexico it is almost impossible.

I am his brother and I have been supporting him financially for 6 years from Canada with whatever I can provide. This is not easy as my Salary is not High. I am a potential match to donate a kidney to my brother, but we cannot afford the operation costs or the recovery costs for the time it would take. Also, without proper funding, if I leave Canada to help my Brother, he no longer has what little I can send to him.

I am reaching out to go fund me to help save my brothers life. To give me the opportunity and means to travel to Mexico and donate my Kidney to my brother. This would mean the world to me and my family. This would mean my niece would grow up with a father and my brother would have a chance live a full life. My Brother is my hero, he fights every day to survive for his family and he never gives up. He is a great Father, Brother, Husband, Son and overall an amazing human being. I cant think of a better Christmas gift than to try to save his life.
