Help Milan with Medical Expenses

Thank you, friends and Family for reading our story .. On January 31, 2022 our lives changed drastically as what started off to be a normal day turned to be one of the worst we have ever been faced with.

Milan came home from work with a terrible headache, he went to lay down and as I went to check on him, he was having a severe seizure. He was rushed to the hospital and admitted. After three days of extensive tests, he was diagnosed with AVM - Arteriovenous Malformation in his brain. He was immediately referred to the University of Chicago to see a neurologist.

On Friday February 18th the Neurologist determined he needed a brain specialist and referred him to a Neurosurgeon, that afternoon he had his second seizure. We rushed to Chicago to meet the Neurosurgeon and were informed of the severity of this condition.

On March 23rd Milan will be having a 2 part Brain Surgery procedure. First he will have an Angiogram, and then an Embolization in preparation for surgery. On Friday the 25th he will be having a Craniotomy to remove the AVM.

Our family is devastated emotionally and financially by this debilitating medical condition.

We are humbling asking for financial support to help us with our medical expenses. I will be traveling back and forth to Chicago trying to balance work and taking care of our 3 amazing children. This has been such a trying time for our family and our children are very worried about their dad. We find ourselves more now than ever relying on our Faith, Family and Friends.
