**Support a Single Mother and Her Children in Need**
Hello, my name is Lorraine and I am a 45-year-old single mother of four wonderful children, including my two youngest daughters, who are 14 and 16 years old. Life has recently presented us with a significant challenge. Last month, I suffered a stroke that has left me bed-bound as I navigate through rehabilitation.
On Thursday last, while my three younger children were in school, the Sheriff arrived and boarded up our home. They forced my oldest child out without allowing him to take anything, leaving my girls without even a pair of pajamas. This has left my children facing the uncertainty of homelessness while I am in the hospital, which adds to the emotional strain we are all experiencing during this difficult time.
I have been paying the county council, with payments automatically deducted each week, and we have been compliant with our landlord. Unfortunately, the landlord defaulted, which led to the bank taking over the house. Despite our best efforts, we find ourselves in this heartbreaking situation.
I am reaching out for your help to provide my children with a stable place to stay and ensure they have the support they need while I recover. The funds raised will go towards temporary housing, essential living expenses, and ongoing medical care as I work towards regaining my health.
Every euro counts and will make a significant difference in our lives. Your kindness and support mean the world to us during this challenging time. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any help you can provide.
With gratitude,
Lorraine Doyle
