I’m writing this as a surprise for my sister, Amber. Anyone who knows her knows how proud and strong she is, asking for help has never come easily for her. But right now, she’s facing the fight of stage 4 cancer, and I want to support her in a way she would never ask for herself.

Amber continues to fight every day for what matters most to her: her family, and especially her 3 year-old son, who is her whole world. Even on the hardest days, she shows up with courage and love, determined to be present for him.

The financial weight of this journey has been overwhelming. Between the cost of ongoing treatment and medication that isn’t covered. The need for a cranial prosthesis, and the reality that she can no longer work much, the expenses add up quickly.

Beyond the financial strain, this experience has been emotionally and physically exhausting for her and our family. Any support, whether through a donation or simply sharing this page means more than we can put into words. Every bit helps lift a burden from Amber’s shoulders and reminds her that she’s not facing this alone.
