Help me walk again

Hi , my name is Teddy and this prety dog is Leia .She is my neighbour by boat . She is full of life and joy but all of a sudden she got ill and stopped walking.He back legs don not want to co operate .The vets want 4000£ to help her. Her daddy do not have pet insuarance and now we feel lost .My heart aches,Please spare as littke as you can ,every penny will belp
