On 12/11/24, Heather was found by her boyfriend RIP on the floor having a seizure. She was rushed to the hospital, put on heavy sedation, a breathing tube was put in, had several scans/imaging performed, and was determined to have had a stroke that has caused several brain bleeds. Currently, her medical team is having difficulty controlling her blood pressure, thus also having difficulty keeping her off sedation. There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding what her prognosis/outlook will be, but it is certain that she will be hospitalized for an extended period of time as her medical team is trying to keep her stable, to rule out anything else that could be going on, and to determine the best plan for her.

Because of all of this, Heather will obviously be out of work and the medical costs will surely be astronomical, which is why we are putting together this fundraiser hoping to at least alleviate this potential stressor while she literally fights for her life. Any amount you are willing to give is much appreciated! As many of you know, Heather is an incredibly kind and selfless person who would jump at the opportunity to help others in need.
