Support Harley's Life-Saving Procedure

Hi! My name is Austin Sharp. I am a current undergraduate student at the University of Arkansas. I study animal science, with plans of attending vet school next year! I am employed at three clinics in and around the Fayetteville area, so I may have taken care of your fur babies as well!

My Australian shepherd, Harley, received an unexpected diagnosis following her spay procedure recently. Upon taking radiographs, it is highly likely that Harley has what's called a PDA. This is a congenital heart disease; please feel free to use google for more information, as it is quite a bit to describe.

Harley is expected to receive an echocardiogram at a specialist very soon. Furthermore, PDA's often require surgery to repair, and the surgery, as you may expect, is not cheap! I will most likely have to take Harley to a teaching hospital at a CVM location.

I am asking for donations ahead of time, as I need to reach a hefty goal to cover her procedure, and I do not expect my fundraising to be a rapid process. Anything will help, and I appreciate all of your care for Harley as well as myself!
