Moving to save my dogs

I'm Sasha, and I'm here to try and raise the funds to allow me to move so I can keep my dogs, otherwise they will either be put down, or sent to the only local no-kill shelter, and both have reasons for not going.
This... is going to be complicated. Long story short:
-Moved in with housemate last september, and asked him for a copy of his lease, which he never got.
-He just renewed his lease 3 days ago.. still not adding me.. technically, he could get evicted for this.
-He was supposed to go ask the landlord about having pets all this past week. and hasnt.
Going further back, when i moved last fall, I had to leave my two lovely dogs with my ex, who being legally blind herself is only barely ableto care for them. Now that I finally have the time, money and ability to get them back, housemate seems to be doing his best to make sure i cant keep them. What value is there in a week off work, and a $700 road trip, only to lose them anyways?
So I'm here to ask for everyone's help to raise the funds so I can move out of his place, and into my own apartment after getting my two dogs. The money will go towards the whole first/last months rent, utility setup, and minor moving expences (boxes, tape).
I have... roughly two weeks to get this done, but if this is somehow possible, theres no way I could be any more thankful for helpign me to keep my dogs.
