Tragedy struck the home and hearts of a small-town Kentucky family last month. A bright and kind young man was involved in a serious vehicle accident in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Due to faulty brakes, Cody's vehicle hit a guard rail and flipped on the roadway skidding to a halt. Cody experienced serious injuries to his knee, hand and jaw. He was airlifted to a local hospital where he has spent the majority of this past month attempting to recover from his injuries.

Cody and his wife Madison, a teacher, now face the challenges associated with the lack of Cody's full-time income. Replacing the totaled vehicle and paying for Cody's mounting medical bills makes covering daily life expenses and raising their 9-month-old all the more complicated.

Cody is a very strong individual and with the help of his wife, Madison, their family and friends, Cody's recovery is progressing. He still has a long road ahead of him, though, and the medical expenses he is incurring are adding to their family's stress. While asking for help is a very new and uncomfortable position for this young family, any help will be very much appreciated.
