Save the Staff at Blush&Blu

We don’t even know what to say right now... 

the City is forcing a close down for up to 8 weeks right now...  i woke up in tears this morning because all i could hear was ‘death of another queer bar’ in the distance... but it’s not... it’s a time out for the moment... it’s my staff that i want you to all think about... not me or sj... 
We are starting this go fund me for THEM so that they are taken care of during this time... I’m not really sure what else we can do:.. we literally are the definition of a ‘small business’ and this situation is way out of our hands. I’m asking the Village in any capacity that they have to help our staff out during this time in our history.  (We’ve been open for almost 15 years and this situation is new to all of us...) The funds will be distributed accordingly to the peeps that work there. Any  extra funds raised will be used to buy toilet paper and cleaning supplies at restaurant depot for community members that are in need of it in the future. 

No one can predict a plague or epidemic, but when the government says its closing down... well.. that’s what we have to do.  

Thank you for all your years of support and love.  We will be back as soon as they say we can be.
