Hey all. I usually like to help out rather than receive and im never one to ask but I really need your help. My mortgage company sent a letter saying I had a shortage in my escrow account

And now they are giving me until July 1st to pay 3,000 dollars or my mortgage is going to go up 400 dollars and I can't afford that. I love my home very much and don't want to resort to a drastic decision.
