Once more we're appealing to our wonderful supporters to help with vet bills as we battle to help the rising number of cats being abandoned on the streets.
Over 75% of our waiting list for a space in Rescue are cats that have been turned out onto the streets, no longer affordable or wanted, or left behind after a house move.
The majority of these cats are coming in, battered and bruised emotionally and physically. No longer in a comfy home, having to fend for themselves on the streets. Scarily most of them aren't neutered, or even microchipped despite the new microchip law last June.
As Valentine's day approaches, we're desperate to show these cats they can find love again. Even if without their pompoms, sorry boys.
Over the next 3 to 4 weeks we'll be vaccinating, neutering, and microchipping 17cats and that's just the ones booked in at the moment in advance of their arrival. There'll no doubt be some dentals, antibiotic courses and FIV tests in the mix too.
If you can help us, we and our cats would be very grateful.
In that mix there'll no doubt be
Will you help us nurse them back to full health?
