Miguel Islas funeral expenses

On January 11, 2018 our family woke up to horrible news. We lost a loved one due to the gun violence that surrounds Chicago, IL. Michael Islas was a loving son, brother and father whose life was taken away by a random individual as he stopped at a gas station located at South Cicero Avenue. Michael was heading to his first day of work at a new job before his life was taken from him. He was approached by a man who was on foot who started verbally confronting Michael. The unknown man then pulled out a gun which caused Michael to start running for his life. The unknown man fatally shot Michael in the back as he ran. Michael was pronounced dead around 5:30am.
Michael Islas leaves behind his 8 year old daughter, his 67 year old mom & 70 year old dad, brothers and sisters. His death comes to us at a very difficult time in our lives financially. We ask that anyone please help us in burying our loved one. No donation is too small nor too big. Unfortunately our deadline is for this upcoming Monday.
