David Maola-Max's best friend since kindergarten at Sacred Heart. David is a soul like no other. He lights a room up with his energetic personality and gifted storytelling. A nightout with David, is a night filled with great laughs. Now, the father of one year old twins, David's nights out are few and far between. His social life has taken a back seat to not only fatherhood, but also to preparing for his heart transplant. David has suffered from Congenital Heart Disease his whole life, recently, his condition worsened and he is currently awaiting a heart transplant. His health has taken a big toll on his family, his wife Allison, their twins, Eleanor and John David, and their finances. A lifelong Pittsburgher, graduate of Central Catholic, devoted friend, son, brother, husband, and father--David and his family need your help and they need it now.
