Hi, My name is Linda and I am fundraising for my nephew, Zachary Warner. He is 35 years old and has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He is an awesome man, husband, dad, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend and we, his loved ones, want to do something to help. He will need a heart transplant and has been ordered to quit working by his doctor. His heart is only functioning at 30% or less capacity. Expenses are mounting and he could use our help!
