Evelyn Strong

We all know and love this amazing family… from their TikTok videos, to the 3 girls running around with their amazing personalities. From all their big smiles we see, it’s hard to understand what this family is actually dealing with every day.

If you don’t know Evelyn, she has a very rare disease she has been battling since birth, MPS1 also known as Hurlers. It is a vicious disease that has attacked every part of her little body. Evelyn has went through so much in her young life, but don’t tell her that. She has the strength and courage of a 1000 men. Evelyn is a true gladiator and a hero to so many. 

She just completed two major surgeries at CHOP in Philadelphia which included another brain surgery. At 7 years old, she has already had over 20 surgeries. Although the surgeries were successful, there is going to be a ton of recovery involved including a stay at home nurse.
