Unfortunately a beautiful little girl passed away aged 22 months.. I have set this Funding page set up to help Claire and her family with any costs towards giving Freya Mae a fabulous send off.
its the hardest time of a parents life to lose a child but the grief and what happens next can be heartbreaking more than ever. To help relieve some of this stress for Claire I am asking for people to donate as little as £1 just to help her through this heartbreaking time of her life.
