As a founder of an animal rescue based in South Korea & CA, I am reaching out for your help to save dogs/animals that are burned, injured, and struggling to survive after Korea’s worst wildfire. Their world has turned to ash, but you can help them rise again.
On March 21st, wildfires tore through multiple regions in South Korea, leaving unimaginable destruction. WEACT, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization, rushed to the front lines, working day and night at rescue sites, hospitals, and shelters to save as many lives as possible.
As of March 30th, at least 40 animals including dogs, cats, goats, and rabbits have been rescued. Many are in critical condition, suffering from severe burns and smoke inhalation. Though they are in pain, they are fighting for their lives. Every day is a battle for survival.
