Sept 2024 my car was totaled by a drunk driver going the wrong way on the freeway and hit my car head on. She was coming full speed and as I made the turn for the ramp she hit me. Besides the fact that she has no scratches on her or any injuries she rendored no aid(just kept saying she was fine as she wondered aimlessly). Fast forward 9months later and I'm still paying the car that she totaled, in a crazy mountain of debt, on the verge of becoming homeless and having to depend on public transportation to get around. I barely am able to make anything to feed myself or my pups one week or try to pay some bills the next so I don't get evicted or utilities shut off and her she's living her best life traveling and buying new cars. She was bailed out the same night of the incident (taking no fault for her actions even with 3 felonie counts on her). She calls herself an influencer and owns businesses yet tells me she's to broke to pay for what she's done (please help me make sense of that?) I'm literally at my wits end and don't know what else to do.
