Hi, my name is Allison Curtis, and I’m raising funds to support a resilient single mom named Jayla Robinson and her two sweet daughters, Ava (age 6) and Lani (age 5).
I’ve had the joy of getting to know this beautiful family recently, and their story has truly touched my heart. They’ve faced an incredibly difficult year, but she was finally beginning to feel hopeful—until her car, which she purchased less than a year ago, suddenly broke down in the middle of a busy road. After having it towed, the mechanic told her the car was beyond repair and could only be sold for scrap.
Without a vehicle, Jayla is at risk of losing her job, which she’s worked so hard to keep. She’s just secured stable housing near a school for her girls, who started school this week—Lani in kindergarten and Ava in second grade. They’ve been walking 1.5 miles each way to school, but with changing weather and the demands of daily life, this isn’t a sustainable solution.
Jayla is determined to finish school and build a better future for her daughters, but she urgently needs a reliable car to stay on track. I’m asking for your help to raise funds so we can get her back on the road and give this family the stability they deserve.
Any amount you can give will make a difference. Thank you for considering a donation to help Jayla, Ava, and Lani move forward with hope and dignity.
