It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I have to give the news that my brother-in-law, Dave Pender, passed away this morning. As a lot of you may remember, he’s been on a kidney transplant list for quite a while and was just waiting for his turn. There have been a lot of complications that came up while he was on the transplant list, and most recently, he was in the hospital for a few weeks after suffering a mini heart attack.  His body finally just couldn’t take any more, and we are so sad that he passed today.

Dave’s entire family, including my sister, his wife Donna, are grappling with how to take care of things. This is where I am hoping and praying that I can have all of our family and friends come together and help out with getting the money together for not only Dave’s service, but to help out with expenses beyond this. I will ask that you please consider making a contribution. No amount is too big or too small. If you have a dollar and can spare it, please give it. If you have more, we appreciate that as well.
